Interoute expands combined ISAE 3402 / SSAE 16 type II assurance report for its European data centres

London, 22 January 2015 - Interoute, owner operator of Europe's largest cloud services platform, has expanded the scope of its combined ISAE 3402 and SSAE 16 type II 2014 assurance report to include its Paris Data Centre Operations. The annual third party audited report provided by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) now covers Interoute’s Amsterdam, Berlin, Geneva, London and Paris data centre operations.

Hosted Contact Centre

Interoute Hosted Contact Centre provides customers with full contact centre functionality, natively integrated with Skype for Business and Lync, for one simple fixed price per user to maximise your investment.

The Interoute Contact Centre solution is built exclusively for Microsoft Skype for Business and Lync. By leveraging the native APIs, Interoute is able to extend the Microsoft functionality of Skype for Business and Lync, enabling you to benefit from full contact center functionality without the need to install any additional desktop software.

With the VDC Managed service, Interoute will manage your virtual machines up to the operating system together with the platform to provide a solution based service level. This includes the full provisioning, monitoring, management and any fault resolution or incident management for any issues with the virtual machine.

VDC Assist builds on to the Self Service offering by providing help to organisations that want to make the move to the cloud. With this service Interoute will help to implement the solution, provide training to the customer on how to best utilise the platform, and provide on going assistance when required.

Once again, Interoute maintain the platform and customers will be responsible for managing and maintaining their virtual machines.

Self Service

This is the standard form of the Interoute VDC offering.  This service level provides customers with the ability to deploy virtual machines as required. Interoute maintain the platform and customers will be responsible for managing and maintaining their virtual machines.  This suits a range of customer requirements providing customers a high level of flexibility provided by self service VDC.

Management Options

Interoute appreciate that different services require different service levels.  Not all servers need to be fully resilient, and some services will need to be configured with a great deal of resilience.  Likewise, some servers will need full monitoring and management and others will only need light monitoring or indeed no monitoring at all.

As a result, Interoute have a variety of service monitoring and management options.  Customers can deploy services from whichever level is appropriate to the server/service being deployed.
