The user may nominate which of various contact points (a home VoIP handset or PSTN number, or a mobile phone) is the most appropriate point to deliver the call. When the call can’t be taken – whether because of no answer or because the user has set an ‘out of office’ message - unified messaging ensures the call is easily collected.
Virtual Office is integrated into the Microsoft Office suite enabling calls to be made with a click of the mouse from stored contacts or even a number in a document.
