Taking the Managed CPE option provides Interoute with full visibility of the far end of 3rd party access circuits and so we are able to extend our SLA right out to your premises.
Control of Bandwidth Efficiency
With the Managed CPE option and the Interoute Hub website you get access to utilisation graphs based on your specific access circuits enabling you check that you are still using your Ethernet bandwidth efficiently. This can provide a significant cost savings.
Checking End to End Performance
With Managed CPE you also get access to Round Trip Delay and Availability performance statistics providing peace of mind for your wide area network.
Faster Fault Fixes
If a fault occurs in the middle of the night on a 3rd party access circuit the Managed CPE option enables Interoute to detect fault straight away and it is likely that it will be fixed before you arrive at work in the morning.
